Images	Yve Richardson - Vocals Yvie has been singing since her early teens when her amazing voice catapulted her to the winner’s podium at a variety of talent contests. Frankly it’s easy to see why; her award winning voice enables her to capture almost exactly the qualities of leading artists which wins the hearts of every audience the band plays for. Her early experience was with the successful local duo ‘Peroxide’ and it was at one of their gigs that she met Matt and they instantly discovered their creative chemistry and began their dynamic writing partnership. Thereafter Yvie began to write songs and her recent collaborations with Matt on’ The Yve Matthews Project’ spawned an E.P. which is currently available on iTunes. Yvie joined The Kitchen in 2008 and instantly transported them to new heights. Her vocal influences include Beverley Knight, Pink, Anastacia and a host of classic Motown artists. When in writing mode, however, she doffs her hat to her all-time favourite writer Adam Durritz of Counting Crows fame. Yvies’ stage microphone is a Sennheiser e300 series. With her outstanding vocals and bubbly personality Yvie ensures every performance is professional, entertaining and above all.......fun!	Facebook
